Enahnced Features for BluePrint

Updates for Enhanced Functionality!

As of July 1, 2017 BluePrint launched its new billing and case management system for our Copier Rental program. In addition, this system will integrate Salesforce and also comply with the University's new COA (Chart of Account) billing structure in Workday.

This means our customers will have access to new and improved user features!

Over the next few weeks, our team will notify you with more detailed information including "How To" articles on the upgrades. You will also be receiving an annual Equipment Maintenance renewal document, as well as a request to approve or update your COA billing code before the final upload to Workday.
