Creekfront Salkehatchie
July 15-22, 2017

Creekfront Salkehatchie campers will arrive at Belin Memorial on Saturday, July 15. They will be working for a week repairing designated homes in the Murrells Inlet area and will stay overnight in our Family Life Center. We thank all of the classes, groups, and individuals who have offered to prepare meals for the campers and all those who will help direct this camp, now in its fourth year at Belin Memorial.

Donations of Gatorade and water (12-20 oz. single serving size) are requested to help keep campers hydrated as they work at their sites throughout the week. Please drop donations in the Family Life Center lobby between now and July 15.

Please note: many of the normally scheduled activities in the Family Life Center have been cancelled or moved offsite to accommodate this mission group. There will be no Sunday school on July 16 as the classrooms will be in use. Everyone's cooperation in schedule revisions has been outstanding, and we thank you!

Belin Gardeners Need Your Help

New plantings from our Easter donations have taken root adding to the glory of our church gardens, an integral part of our campus - now the gardeners need your help! Just an hour a week would be such a gift; keeping one small area weed-free would be a great blessing. If you don't know the difference between a weed and a flower, we will guide you!

Join us any Wednesday morning at 9 AM outside of the Family Life Center to help. If you prefer to have an assigned garden that you can care for on your own schedule, just contact the Garden Coordinator, and she will work with you to get you started. All are welcome! Contact Henrietta Huff, Garden Coordinator: 843.357.3187 or 843.222.7721
