SAVE THE DATE for ADT training for Wellcentive

Practices using Wellcentive through The Physician Alliance are encouraged to attend a special training session on Wednesday, June 28 from 8-9:30am to learn about admission, transfer discharge (ADT) alerts in the disease registry. Incorporating Wellcentive ADT alerts in your practice will make it easier to identify patients needing outreach for transition of care visits.

TPA clinical applications staff will be training practice staff new to Wellcentive ADT alerts and can also provide support to current users who might benefit from additional hands-on training.

Location: St. John Health Corporate Services Building, Room S2, 28000 Dequindre, Warren 48092

A light breakfast will be provided. Please register by June 21 to wellcentive@thephysicianalliance.org
Reminder to complete member feedback survey

Many of our practices have recently been visited by their practice resource team member to discuss quality metrics, concerns, best practices and performance improvement initiatives. After each visit, the PRT member shared a link (via email) to TPA's member feedback survey. Your participation in the survey is greatly appreciated. If you did not receive the survey link after your PRT member visit, please contact your PRT member.
