What's happening at Le Pichet in August 2017
Summer veggies on the menu
August is the yummiest time of the year for veggies and fruit.  Le Pichet chef de cuisine is adding new dishes all the time to make best use of the bounty of the farm tables.  On their way in August:  corn, tomatoes, stone fruits, summer squashes, melons and lots more.  Have you tried these new summer dishes, new to the menu?

Washington Coast salmon filet, couscous with green beans and almonds, almond-apricot fumet and honey roasted apricots

Sunset Supper in the Market
Please join Le Pichet and Cafe Presse in supporting the  Sunset Supper in the Market on Friday August 18, 2017.  This fun evening raises money for the great work they do at the Pike Place Market FoundationTo quote the Market's own words "This event gives you the opportunity to sip and savor the Pacific Northwest's bounty of gourmet food, wine, brews and liquor. It will be a night to remember, complete with a raffle and dancing under the stars. And this year's Sunset Supper will finally be able to expand onto the new MarketFront, providing unparalleled views of the Puget Sound."  All this and the chance to support a great cause?  Sounds pretty good!
