Our Fifth (!) Foodbarz - Executive Towers West, Downers Grove, IL Were proud to say we have completed work on our fifth Foodbarz café project in the Chicagoland area. Located at Executive Towers West in Downers Grove, the latest Foodbarz features the signature dining area and lounge, alongside a second pick-n-go café. Scope of work on the interior build-outs included customized flooring and faux brick finishes, along with updates to the existing plumbing and electrical service. Completed in partnership with FoodBarz founder Terry Ramsett and property management company CBRE, the restaurant opened in late May of 2017. Read More>>>  |

Victors Partnership with JLL a 6 month Overview As we reach mid-year, were taking a look back on working with one of our most consistent clients: Jones Lang LaSalle. Victor has worked extensively with JLL over the years, and 2017 was no exception. In the past six months, Victor has worked on various JLL projects across the Chicagoland area. From warehouse repairs in Joliet, to office make-readys and interior renovations in Schaumburg, Des Plaines, and Elgin, JLL has kept us busy in 2017! We look forward to working with JLL on future projects in the coming months and years. |

Victor Awarded Projects at the School of the Art Institute (SAIC), Chicago Awarded in June, we began construction on two new projects at the School of the Art Institute (SAIC), Chicago. Renovations to the schools 116 S. Michigan Ave. 10th floor offices and 112 S. Michigan Ave. basement space are nearing completion in mid-August. The 10th floor offices are receiving renovations to existing HVAC and electrical systems, including installation of new VAV boxes and lighting fixtures, along with fresh paints and carpeting. The basement areas are being reconfigured as student classrooms and gallery space, with a new projection system and sliding curtains to encourage multipurpose use. Victor Volunteers at AIRE Cares Chicago Help Initiative Business Development Manager Elizabeth Schuttler (featured 2nd from the left) was proud to represent Victor Construction and volunteer at the AIRE Cares Chicago Help Initiative dinner on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Volunteers from AIRE (Assn. of Industrial Real Estate Brokers - www.aire-brokers.org) served a delicious meal donated from Jewel for 130 guests. Each Wednesday, the Chicago Help Initiative provides a nutritious meal at the dining hall facilities made available by Catholic Charities, located at 721 N. LaSalle Street in Chicago. These meals are donated by local area restaurants, hotels, businesses, board members, friends and their families, and members of the community who want to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate than themselves.
