The 3 P's of OregonASK

How well do you know the network? The work of OregonASK can be broken down to three p's: policy, practice, and professional development. Partners can engage with the network by participating in policy discussions or meetings, attending the Oregon Afterschool Conference, or bring OregonASK's expert staff to conduct training or evaluation!

Policy: OregonASK advocates for expanded learning opportunities at the state and national level. We have three main areas of focus; STEM, Summer, and Health & Wellness. Every year we host a Day at the Capitol, highlighting the value of afterschool and summer programs for students and families.

Professional Development: OregonASK master trainers provide training and technical assistance to programs across the state. The annual Oregon Afterschool Conference offers a full day of professional development to afterschool and summer program staff focused on increasing the quality of expanded learning opportunities in Oregon.

Partnership: OregonASK values the role
partnership holds in  creating and supporting lasting change. As a collaboration, we  create collective impact through our conference, partner meetings, and facilitating connections between partners and projects.
