The government of Vietnam has notified the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that it has accepted the obligations of Article VIII, Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the IMF's Articles of Agreement, with effect from November 8, 2005.
                                                                                                                                                  Under Article VIII, Sections 2, 3 and 4, IMF members undertake not to impose restrictions on the making of payments and transfers for current international transactions, and not to engage in, or permit any of their fiscal agencies to engage in, any discriminatory currency arrangement or multiple currency practice, except with IMF approval.

Spectra: poor iraq's its soo hot they can not even work,only at night!  they sleep all day work and live at night all summer    I remeber that in kuwait .when i was there living

Spectra: @clay i feel how could i not? for without my thoughts of good for them i am not desrving of any wealth   from this iraq dinar..so i pray for them   i would like to do more .but have no money to help

Spectra: i would think they will need this in IRAQ in short order..like real soon!

Spectra: The new Arab newspaper published a report in which it said that there are efforts by the Iraqi government to expand the dependence on electronic payment cards (ATM), to give employees salaries, which paves the way for reducing the deal in paper currency "dinar".
