Balance!
Flamingo represents getting in touch with our emotions.
Finding balance with love and boundaries.
This picture finds the Flamingo balancing between two worlds, water- spiritual realms, and land-earthly realm.
So the message this week is how do we find balance? Are outside forces knocking you off your game?
We are still in retrograde season. Take the image of the flamingo as it buries it's head in it's back, just being. Holding it's own. No need for assistance.
You are all you need.
If you are feeling guilt, realize that it may be coming from your own head.
Put things into perspective.
Spirit says, take a break and think on it. Is this reality or did I make it up?
What is the truth?
What were my intentions?
If you are feeling unbalanced, it's time to take assessment of a situation.
Is it outside forces pushing me to feel unsettled or is it me?
Create the boundaries that you need to find balance. Sometimes we need to go back to basics to become calm and balanced. What things did you used to do, that helped you feel strong and knowing?
Do you need to meditate?
Do you need community?
Exercise or just some fun?
Realize that you cannot be grounded for others if you are not.
That you need to focus on your needs so that you can support others' needs.
Find that connection you require that helps you feel blessed and see the subtle synchronicity that spirit is showing you.

Group Energy Healing Meditation (Quan Yin's Lavender Flame)

Kundalini Reiki Level 1 is a simple to use energy healing modality that allows you to treat yourself & others, in person and via a distance. Learn to perform full energy healing sessions, cleanse rooms and heal karmic bands. Each energy healing session lasts between 3 and 5 minutes!
Kundalini Reiki is a 3 level energy healing system which can provide the practitioner with both energy healing as well as spiritual growth. (Levels 2 & 3 utilize both universal life force energy as well as kundalini energy allowing for the potential kundalini awakening and spiritual development.)
Class includes printed manual, in class practice and an emailed certificate upon completion of the course.
