Join the Shrine Mont band!
If you are attending the Shrine Mont Parish Retreat and you play an instrument, we want you to help with the music at the worship service! Any instrument is welcome, but guitars are particularly appreciated. Please contact David Kelley for more details.
The week of July 31 through August 4 Holy Comforter was transformed into the Hogwarts School and inundated with Harry Potter enthusiasts of all ages. In addition to the students who attended, teenage prefects and adult professors donned costumes and immersed themselves in the world of Harry Potter.

The list of people to thank is long and includes every single person of this parish who has been so supportive during the month and a half of disruptions and inconveniences. On behalf of all the participants of the Hogwarts VBS, thank you for your support, patience, and encouragement.
MUSIC
Last Chance to Sing...
The last Summer Pickup Choir date will be next Sunday, August 20. If you have ever considered joining the choir, your chance to try it out in this casual way is almost over! For this limited time, you can still join us in the choir room at 9:15 a.m. for a brief rehearsal; then sing at the 10 a.m. service. No vestments needed; no midweek rehearsals, no long-term commitment. Questions? Please contact David Kelley.

CONGREGATIONAL CARE
Gri-Abbot Family
Please join the Meal Train
for the Gri-Abbott Family

What is a meal train? There are times in our lives when friends and family ask, "What can I do to help out?" The answer is usually to help them with a meal. When many friends give a meal, this is a Meal Train.

Mealtrain.com is a free meal calendar tool that makes planning meals among a wide group easy and less stressful.

You can view the Meal Train HERE. Please share the link with others.
