The attorneys of Gertsburg Law have a comprehensive understanding of the countless legal issues facing businesses on a daily basis. In order to share our knowledge with the community, we publish weekly blog articles that explain and elaborate on issues relevant to business owners.
Here are some of the articles available on our blog
this month:

Save the Date: Statues of Limitations for Common Business Matters in Ohio
When you own and operate a business in Ohio, you need to ensure not only your clients but also your employees, your partners and (if applicable) your shareholders that your operations are above-board at all times. There may come a time, however, when one of those entities wishes to bring a claim or lawsuit against another and if that happens, there are myriad laws and regulations each party must follow in order to reach a successful resolution.

Travis Kalanick's Fall from Grace is a Warning to Business Owners Everywhere

Her story was about sexual harassment, and to say it made waves is an understatement: it started a veritable online tsunami. This blog discusses the necessary steps to ensure that we are creating a community and a brand that works for everyone.

What Will Takata's Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Filing Mean for your Dealership?

But on Sunday, June 25, 2017, Takata filed for bankruptcy in both Japan and the U.S.
