Today we celebrate Independence Day and the freedom our country gained in 1776, but let us not forget that real freedom comes from Christ alone. 

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."
2 Corinthians 3:17

No Wednesday Night Supper/Adult Bible Study Tomorrow  
Given the holiday today, we will not have Wednesday Night Supper and Adult Bible Study tomorrow.

Prayer Opportunities
Start your day with a time of encouragement, reflection and praise at the Father's feet: 
  • Daughters of the King - Carmel is closed today so Daughters of the King will NOT meet for their 1st Tuesday evening prayer gathering. However, women can gather in the Carmel Prayer Room for a time of prayer from 11:45am - 12:45pm this Thursday. 
  • Monthly Prayer with Pastor Alex - Join Pastor Alex from 7:00 - 8:00am, in the Worship Center next Tuesday, July 11 for a few minutes or the hour for prayer and self-reflection.
Deadline - Lunch + Games on July 13
ALL AGES are invited to join the Senior Adults for lunch and games on Thursday, July 13 at 11:00am.The deadline to register for a fun time of fellowship and laughter is Thursday, July 6!

Volunteers are needed to help with Summer Camp at Jackson Park Ministries Tuesday,  July 25 - Thursday, July 27 (9:00am - 1:00pm). Plan, prepare and serve a lunch meal, play games or oversee a craft. Sign up here.
