The 28th annual 2017 KS SHRM State Conference is ready to Play Ball with HR in Overland Park September 20-22, 2017. We're so glad you're joining us !

HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Just because you're not in the game, doesn't mean you can't play! We have breakout sessions in the Exhibit Hall for our MVPs while the attendees are busy in their own sessions. Join your fellow exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday at 2:30pm and on Thursday at 1:45pm. No RSVP necessary. See the breakout information below to plan your time between innings!
  • Forget the peanuts and popcorn! As our MVP, your booth's registered exhibitors are invited to join the attendees in the General Session Room on Thursday. Enjoy some Kansas City BBQ and stick around for a special Kansas City keynote luncheon presentation by the Royals General Manager, Dayton Moore. 
  • Interested in networking outside of the Exhibit Hall? Slots are filling fast but we still have a bit more room available at our Topgolf Networking Party on Thursday evening. See the registration and fee information below for more details on how to be a part of the fun!

EXTRA EXHIBITOR PASSES

While sponsorships vary, each exhibitor booth is allowed to be staffed by 2 exhibitors. Exhibitors are allowed entrance to the Exhibit Hall and meals. If you have extra exhibitors you would like to bring, you may purchase extra exhibitor passes by contacting the KS SHRM office.

You're invited to a TAILGATE PARTY!
No parking fees necessary at this stadium but all KS SHRM fans are welcome! Join us for a Tailgate Party in the Exhibit Hall the first evening of the Conference. Mitch Holthus will be available for a meet & greet, as well as photo opportunities. Enjoy some food, fun, games and goodies. This will be your first chance to win in the Game Plan conference app game, so visit our amazing team of sponsors and exhibitors and support our MVPs. Best of all, kick back and show your spirit by sporting your favorite team's jersey. Are you ready to celebrate?

Each booth comes with 10' x 10' booth, 8' high back drapes, 3' high side drapes, 6' skirted table, 2 folding chairs and wastebasket.

Each booth will receive one standard complimentary 5 amp outlet
if requested by September 1, 2017.

Be a part of the conference in-app game and see engagement with attendees increase. GAME PLAN is designed with one goal in mind - to get attendees interacting with the reps in your booth.

This game drive is complimentary to our exhibitors and easy to play.
Simply submit two (2) items here  that you want attendees to know about your company in the form of questions and multiple choice answers.
In order to play the game, attendees will have to visit your booth to determine the correct answers to the questions you've submitted. When they do, they'll be entered into drawings for a gift card provided by KS SHRM. It's a WIN-WIN!

Leave the gear at home but be sure to wear your c olors! Conference attire will be jerseys and jeans this year as we Play Ball with HR. Wear your favorite jerseys or sports shirts and your toughest denim. After all, it's hard to play ball in business attire!
