LaserPoint offers 3-Year Warranty on Measurement Products

All LaserPoint products sold after June 2017 are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 36 months from the date of shipment. During the warranty period LaserPoint will repair, or at LaserPoint's discretion, replace at no charge, products proven to be defective.

The origin of this decision is based on the fact that LaserPoint, who has been in the laser measurement business for more than 25 years,  has the historical data of an incredibly low rate of returns for defects in materials and workmanship. This data, measured over the tens of thousand of sensors  sold worldwide, is the result of decades of innovation and improvements in product reliability. See here for the complete line of LaserPoint Measurement products.

Defective products can only be returned to LaserPoint after issuance of an RMA number.  The 3 Year Warranty does not provide for remedy of failures caused by accidental and physical damage, improper installation and operation, cleaning or unauthorized maintenance, misuse, abuse, modifications to the product not made by LaserPoint personnel, software faults, normal wear and tear or any other event, act, default or omission outside LaserPoint's control. Contact us for the complete terms on the 3 year warranty.
           Dual Wavelength OEM
           Stabilized Laser Module

RPMC Lasers' proprietary Dual Wavelength Single-Mode Spectrum Stabilized Laser features two wavelengths with ultra-narrow spectral bandwidth and a circularized and collimated output beam.

Designed to replace expensive DFB, DBR, fiber, or external cavity lasers, the Single-Mode Spectrum Stabilized Laser offers superior wavelength stability over time, temperature (0.007 nm/0C), and vibration, and is manufactured to meet the most demanding wavelength requirements.

The Dual Wavelength Source features circularized and collimated output beam, integral laser line filter pack, and internal thermistor/TEC for each laser. Each laser can be modulated at up to 1 kHz and has independent laser drive and TEC controllers. Lasing wavelength can be accurately specified and repeatedly manufactured to within 0.1 nm upon request (+/- 0.5 nm standard).

Features:
*Single-mode collinear dual wavelength output
*Available with or without RPMC electronics
*Independent laser drive and TEC control (if RPMC electronics package is selected)
*Up to 1 kHz modulation
*Ultra-Narrow Spectral Bandwidth
*Circularized & Collimated Output Beam
*Gaussian TEM00 Spatial Mode
*Integral Thermistor & TEC

Ideal applications include Raman Spectroscopy, OEM systems based upon Raman Optical Activity (ROA), Polarization studies, Differential Absorption Spectroscopy, Difference Frequency Generation, CARS (Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectroscopy), multi-wavelength excitation, and metrology.

High Power Multimode Single Emitters

LDX Optronics was incorporated in 1990 by Dr. Jeffrey A. Morris, its founder and president.  LDX is focused on high power multimode laser diodes in the wavelength range of 400nm - 1900nm.  We offer a range of standard products, but also provide custom solutions for specialized applications.
Our management team has over five decades of combined experience in semiconductor laser manufacturing.  We emphasize quality and consistency in our manufacturing processes.  Each wafer is extensively qualified and life tested, and each device undergoes a thorough burn-in prior to shipment.
LDX packages thousands of devices every year.  Our package range includes chip-on-submount, C-mount, B-mount, Q-mount, array package, and other open heatsinks.  We offer hermetically sealed window packages such as 9mm, TO-3, and HHL.  Also available are a variety of fiber coupled packages and customized assemblies including micro-lenses and photodiodes.
The LDX laboratories and offices are located in Maryville, Tennessee.  The 6,250 sq. ft. facility includes cleanrooms for laser packaging, optical assembly, burn-in, and characterization.   LDX is a manufacturer and most of the facility is dedicated to manufacturing.  Sales and marketing functions are handled by our partner RPMC Lasers Inc. in O'Fallon, MO.
