WEEK OF JUNE 26, 2017
JOINT COMMITTEE ON FINANCE BUDGET DELIBERATIONS

The Joint Committee on Finance (JCF) did not meet last week.

The co-chairs of the Joint Committee on Finance, along with the Senate Majority Leader and Assembly Speaker, met to iron out differences on key issue areas including K-12 education, transportation, and general fund taxes. Reports out from the meetings indicate that progress has been made; however, the two houses still seem to be far apart on transportation funding.
