International Orientation and Preview
All International students will be attending International Orientation on August 15-16, where they will learn about life in the U.S. and get acquainted with campus.  Orientation sessions will include immigration regulations, living on or near campus, and adjusting to the U.S. classroom culture.

Following International Orientation, all international students are required to attend Preview on August 17.  During Preview, students will meet other incoming students, learn more about the academic requirements at UMU and finalize their fall course schedules.

The friendly staff in the Center for Student Success will provide you with the necessary support needed to succeed on campus. The Center, located in the Hoover-Price Campus Center, is comprised of the following three offices:
  • Office of Academic Support offers a variety of support services to help students manage their course work, improve their study and time management skills and succeed in challenging classes.
