Tonight 5 - 7 PM
North Branch Industrial Corridor Meeting
909 W. Armitage
Dear Neighbor,

As mentioned in a previous newsletter, The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) has scheduled simultaneous community meetings regarding rezoning of the North Branch Industrial Corridor.

Please be sure to join us tonight, July 11, 2017 at

The Old Town School of Folk Music
909 W Armitage Ave.
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

This is an opportunity to continue our fight for needed community park space. The Department of Planning and Development is proposing to rezone the North Branch Industrial Corridor along with developer bonuses allowing uses beyond manufacturing and increased density.  Please attend and share your views with DPD.

Here is a copy of the ordinance just introduced that DPD may attempt to pass as early as July 26. Click here for information about other meeting locations.

Please note, all five (5) of the originally noticed meetings will occur at the time and place of the original notice sent by the Department of Planning and Development.  The meeting to be held at 909 W Armitage this evening was scheduled as an additional meeting per my request to DPD  to accommodate the expected turnout and lack of air-conditioning at the the Adams Park location.  As noted by DPD, all information for each of these meetings will be identical, including the supplemental and voluntary meeting at Old Town School of Folk Music, and people may attend any of the meetings in any ward for information.

See you at the Old Town School tonight,
