March 2018

I am excited to introduce a series of healthy cooking workshops that go beyond traditional cooking classes. Not only will these workshops teach you culinary essentials such as basic knife skills, fundamental ingredients you should always keep in your kitchen, and simple techniques for quick meal prep, you will also learn the nutritional benefits of fresh, whole foods and how to prepare them to make healthy and delicious dishes that will get you motivated and inspired to get in the kitchen and start cooking!
All of our workshops are offered as hands-on or demonstration style within a small group environment, giving more one-on-one instruction, allowing for questions, discussion, and guidance to maximize your experience. Our recipes focus on using nutrient-rich foods to help improve health, prevent chronic disease, and have fun in the kitchen!

Participants will enjoy a serving of each dish prepared, all made from organic seasonal produce and non-GMO ingredients. Your choice of organic red or white wine is available by the glass should you wish to have wine accompany your meal. In addition, all courses include a take-home recipe and info packet, and a small gift from your instructors, as a token of our thanks!
