As part of the process of developing its Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HSTP), the Kansas Department of Transportation will be hosting a series of public meetings across the state of Kansas from July 11–July 27 to hear from the public about their transportation needs and desired services.
The CPT-HSTP will identify the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, seniors, and people with low incomes in Kansas and then provide strategies for meeting those needs. This plan will build on KDOT’s Regional Transit Business Model Implementation Plan, which focused on regionalization and bolstered coordination among transit providers allowing for improved availability of general public transportation.

If you are unable to attend one of the meetings a recorded video will be available after the meeting at www.ksdot.org. Comments can be sent to Rene.Hart@ks.gov.
