Gator's portfolio consists of retail shopping centers, multi-family apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial properties and single tenant net leased properties. The shopping centers are anchored by national and regional retailers such as Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Publix, Roche Bros., ShopRite, Aldi, Winn-Dixie, CVS, Uncle Giuseppe's, Harbor Freight, Kmart, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Office Max, Kroger, Family Dollar,Sprouts, Foodtown Supermarket, Dollar General, Bealls Outlet, Earth Fare Supermarket, GFS Marketplace, Fresh Grocer, Food Emporium, Tractor Supply Co., West Marine, Planet Fitness and You Fit Health Club.
