You may opt to temporarily stop your mail and newspaper delivery, or employ a neighbor or family member to collect it while you’re away. What is Core Aeration
Have you ever wondered what aeration is and why we do it to our lawns? Aeration involves perforating the soil with small holes to allow air, water and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots.
This helps the roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, more vigorous lawn. The main reason for aerating is to alleviate soil compaction which happens over time.
Hubbell Community Management has been working with our lawn care vendors to implement core aeration into a regular maintenance routine on common area lawns. This will enhance the existing lawn application, irrigation, and mowing schedule and to improve soil health over time.
