This month's Client Success Story comes from Hot Spring County - Parker Land and Timber Company

Parker Land and Timber Company became an Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center client in November 2016.  Even though they are fairly new APAC clients, they are dedicated business owners and were recently awarded five timber sale preparation government contracts totaling $205,000.
In today's society, it seems like everything is technology based. Along with this super-fast, super tech way of providing services and products, also comes a whole new headache that could be a major loss for a small business, called Phishing. We have several businesses call a year that know all too well of what it means to be Phished. As the Arkansas Procurement Technical Assistance Center, we are here to help you not only renew/register in SAM, we also can help you navigate through all of the government sites you will need to be familiar with while dealing with government contracts/grants.

The Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center (APAC) is hiring a full time Procurement Counselor to be based in Little Rock. We are seeking someone with prior government contracting experience to join our APAC team.

Have you thought of referring someone to APAC? The process for signing up is quick and simple! Look for the "Register for APAC Services" link on the right of our home page under "Need Help".

Our counselors are here to guide Arkansas businesses in government contracting. Get the word out and help the Arkansas economy grow stronger through government  contracting!
