Q: How long have you been a volunteer?
A: I have been a volunteer for two years.
Q: Where are you from and when did you come to Arizona?
A: I moved to Arizona two years ago from Solana Beach. Before that Minneapolis, La Jolla, Philadelphia, Chicago, the Bronx and Pittsburgh. I was raised in Nebraska.
Q: What is an interesting fact about you?
A: I worked at Pennsylvania Hospital and my office had been visited regularly by Benjamin Franklin - long before I was there, of course.
Q: Who is in your family?
A: My wife, Carol, with whom I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and daughter, Marcie, who lives in Amsterdam with our two grandsons.
Q: What are your favorite vacation spots?
A: Amsterdam

Q: Why are you passionate about organ, cornea and tissue donation?
A:
Our son, Jeremy, died over 20 years ago and we donated his organs to help others.
