Dear Unity Family, 

We hope that everyone is having a fulfilling week. 

This past weekend was our first with a Transitional Minister Consultant. The board has been eager to engage with someone from Unity Worldwide Ministries during this time, primarily to receive structure and guidance on the recommended process through which we can all move together. This is a time to understand where we've been, and define what we would love going forward.  

Sunday  contained some surprises, including for the board. How this process was described, and the tone that was used, were not comfortable for many. 

This week we've received candid feedback from many of you, and we hope you'll keep this coming via    [email protected] or directly with any of us. We are here to listen and reflect the concerns and desires of everyone, and we take this most seriously. There have been significant concerns voiced, and know that you have been - and always will be - heard. 

 

The intention we are holding is to proceed in an prayerful, inclusive way, building upon what we all love about our special community, and in a way that is reflective of who we are. This will be done respectfully and openly. 

We will have more information about our next steps in the coming days. Meanwhile, let's use this occasion to discover more deeply who we are together, and what is important to us here in this place. Thank you for your engagement in the process.
