Re-Imagine Life with Dementia Conference
I had the privilege to attend this conference hosted by the Dementia Action Alliance in Atlanta at the end of June.   The conference challenged all attendees to:
  • Be Inspired - by individuals living with dementia, care partners, service and support providers, community organizers and technology innovators
  • Be Engaged - in thought-provoking sessions, interactive learning experiences, special interest groups and informal interactions with exhibitors
  • Be Empowered to Express Yourselves

In addition to the great learning opportunity, I had the privilege of sharing the exciting things that the Fox Valley Memory Project is doing during a breakout session.  We truly are unique in the services and programs we offer to individuals and families with dementia.  I am looking forward to using my newly gained knowledge in order to better support all of you.
