A Message from our Director
June is a busy time for our Chamber and we welcome the hustle and bustle of summer weather and lots of business activity.
We just wrapped up the Chamber's 12th Annual Duck Day and Race with the support of wonderful sponsors, business and food vendors, crafters, entertainment and volunteers. Thank you to all who helped make this major event a success both for the Chamber and for the 70 local non-profits who utilized Duck Day as a fundraiser and collectively raised over $23,000 for their organizations. The Chamber is proud to say that over the last 12 years, Duck Day and Race efforts have donated $356,000 to over 250 non-profits. For more information on winners, sponsors, and all the Duck Day fun, please look below.
Looking ahead, I encourage our members to look forward to the many networking opportunities coming in the summer months, particularly the 23rd Annual Naugatuck Chamber and Naugatuck YMCA Golf Outing. This event supports both organizations and offers a full day out on the course for golfers, but also sponsorship and promotion opportunities for all members. If you're interested in being involved in the outing on June 27th in any way, including volunteering or raffle prize donation for some extra exposure, please contact us as soon as possible.
As always, there are a number of ways for your business to connect and grow with your fellow members in the coming months, so keep scrolling to check out what we've been up to and where you'd like to meet us next. Reach out to me at any time at (203) 757-0701 or at
[email protected] to connect on how we can further support you today.
Thank you,
