Ethical Leadership: A Global Catalyst for Change
RAPID INCREASES in globalisation and communication technology makes it difficult to hide misdeeds. (Un)ethical leadership affects everyone. But many questions remain: How do we find and develop ethical leaders? How do we develop ethical cultures? How do we get the vast majority of people who have good values to be able to use them without fear? How do we embed this in management and leadership development and education?
The first Summit in
September 2017
is being launched as the first of an annual 1-day event. The theme for the first year is "A Global Catalyst for Change" and reflects the Summit's aspiration to be a major annual event and ongoing project to promote advances in ethical leadership on a global scale. This includes advancing best practice and conducting research in developing leaders and cultures. In the interests of transparency this is strictly a not-for-profit event with the organisers and their students giving their time free of charge.
