Vaccination Alert:
Holiday House Pet Resort &Training Center now requires all Lodging and Daycare clients to have their dog receive the canine flu bivalent vaccine.


This vaccine covers both strains of canine influenza.
With recent reports of the newer H3N2 strain of canine influenza confirmed in FL and TN, Holiday House Pet Resort & Training Center is taking the proactive step of ensuring the best protection for our guests.
  • The common H3N8 strain and the newer H3N2 strain have been confirmed in Pennsylvania in the past.
  • Dogs that have not been exposed to the new strain lack immunity and are susceptible.
  • Canine influenza is highly contagious.
  • We are monitoring reports of confirmed cases daily.

Your veterinary practice has been notified of our new vaccination requirement. Please speak to your veterinarian about this vaccine which offers protection against both strains of canine influenza.
