Call for Board Nominations
The Community College Facility Coalition (CCFC) is now accepting nominations for the Board of Directors. The Board has one public sector vacancy that we are seeking to fill. The candidate should be currently employed by a public education agency member of CCFC.
Nominees must possess the following qualifications:
- Be a member in good standing of CCFC.
- Be involved in community college facility planning or management.
Priority will be given to those members who have attended conferences and meetings on a regular basis.
Board members serve a two-year term with the opportunity to be re-elected to additional two-year terms. Because we are seeking to fill a vacancy created due to a resignation, the term will begin upon approval by the Board of Directors and the replacement will fill out the term of the resigned director, with the opportunity to be re-elected.
The Board of Directors typically meets approximately four times a year, including a meeting in conjunction with the CCFC Annual Conference. Members of the Board of Directors may participate in person or via conference call. The Board is comprised of 11 members, six of which must be currently employed by a public education agency in California.
If you are interested in serving or know someone who would make a good candidate, please send a brief letter of nomination outlining your qualifications to:
