Dear Bren School Alumni:

It's simply the Bren way.
Every day, Bren School students, faculty, staff, and alumni work tirelessly to shape a brighter future. We do this through clear vision, creative thinking, and an unceasingly collaborative spirit. This can-do attitude draws each and every one of us to Bren, inspires us day to day, and allows us to create lasting solutions time and time again. As we prepare for Commencement at the end of the week, we staff members are inspired by the fact that not only is the world about to gain 88 environmental leaders, but all of you are about to gain 88 like-minded colleagues with whom to uncover problems, exchange expertise, and craft the solutions our world needs.
To harness the power of our community's collective efforts, we need your help to create Bren Connect, a new, more user-friendly and robust Bren School online network aimed at strengthening the Bren community. This new platform will allow you to tap into your Bren network in a more efficient and productive way via Google and LinkedIn sign-in options, the ability to pull from your LinkedIn profile, and a number of other benefits you can learn about here.
We have set an
ambitious goal to raise $32,000 by June 30th to make Bren Connect a reality
. We are currently at 13% of our goal with 3.75% alumni participation--thank you to those of you who have contributed so far.
With just 2.5 weeks to go until June 30, please consider contributing $25-$50 (or more) to Bren Connect if you haven't done so already. If we get 46% alumni participation (or more) by June 30, we will reach our goal and be on the
path
to harnessing the strength of our community
for
years to come.
High alumni participation would be a testament to the collaborative spirit that is so uniquely Bren, as our strength lies in what we can do together. No donation is too small, and every donation is a significant investment in our collective future.
