MusicWilliam ("Pastor Bill") Deheyman Memorial Recital - Summer Concert July 25th - rain or shine. On July 25 beginning at 7:00 p.m., St. Thomas' Church, Whitemarsh will pay tribute to Pastor Bill deHeyman with a special carillon and bagpipe concert. Bill could often be seen in the grove for a Tuesday night concert, relaxing in his favorite lawn chair, toes tapping to the music floating from the tower. Bill will join us in spirit as we host a special night of music and fun featuring Thomas Le (carillonneur, Berkeley, CA) and the Bagpipes & Drums Irish Thunder.

Items Free/For Sale to Parishes

ItemsStJohn's, Glen Mills  has about 
50 of these chairs  for whomever wants them. They are comfortable armchairs great for a meeting room although a little faded otherwise in good condition. They were a gift to us by the Presbyterian Pension Fund. We are now replacing them with new and they are free. Contact Reverend John Sorensen, 610-389-9278.

Summer Camps/Schools

SUPPER at Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month at 6 p.m. Our free home-cooked dinners bring neighbors together and allow families to have a break while eating a healthy meal. Menus vary each week and include vegetarian options. Invite your friends and neighbors; all are welcome! Free-will offerings are collected to offset expenses. Church is located at 8000 St. Martin's Lane, Chestnut Hill. 2nd Wednesday only - July 12, August 9. 4th Wednesdays will return in September.

is open with our fall/winter fashions and housewares. Our hours are  Wednesday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. SCTS serves our community with very affordable items, and if there is a verified financial need, vouchers are available through our clergy. We operate solely on the generous contributions from our parish family and friends. The income generated for our Church aids in emergency expenses and helps to purchase items that are needed for the church but not covered in the general budget. We are truly blessed to often receive some very "high end" household goods and "designer" clothing. Stop in to see us - we are sure you will be pleased and will perhaps find that "treasure" you are looking for.
