The official e-newsletter of St. Andrew's Episcopal School Alumni
Summer 2017
Dear Alumni Community,

As the school year comes to a close and we welcome 78 new members into the Alumni Association (Congratulations Class of 2017!), it's a great opportunity to reflect on a year filled with excitement at St. Andrew's. More than 250 alumni attended this year's first-ever on-campus Reunion and Homecoming Weekend which was filled with new programs. Our first-ever Giving Day and regional events brought even more alumni together and a surge in volunteer support. Thank you to all that made the 2016-17 school year one for the books!

Below you'll find recaps, announcements, exciting events to look forward to and more.  If your travels take you near Postoak Road, I welcome you to stop by and say hi. On behalf of everyone at St. Andrew's, I hope you have a wonderful and safe summer.

With best regards,
Madeline Wallace O'Brien '05

ALUMNI COMPETE IN SPRING ATHLETIC EVENTS

This Spring, St. Andrew's hosted its annual Golf Tournament and Alumni Lacrosse Game. Alumni joined current parents and faculty for a day on the

greens at Bretton Woods Golf Course in May.

Alumni also took on the current Varsity Lacrosse Team and were victorious. Click here to view more pictures from the game.

Thank you to everyone who came out to play. We hope you'll join us next year on the green and on the field!

SENIOR GIVING WEEK: A NEW TRADITION IN GIVING BACK

This year we introduced a new way to engage our future alumni while they are still on campus.

Senior Giving Week was held from April 24 - 28 and provided opportunities for the senior class to give back and pay it forward. Each day held a different event, from LinkedIn training to an Ice Cream Social.

At the end of the week, 90% of the senior class pledged to donate to the Lion's Fund over the next 5 years. That marks the highest class participation in school history. Thank you to the Senior Class for leading the way!
