We are thrilled to announce that our Fall 2017 Crafting Retreat Weekend is 85% SOLD OUT!!  There is very limited seating on the lower level and the upper level is filling fast!  Time is running out and we would love to have you join us :)

We are delighted to announce that our Fall 2017 Crafting Retreat Weekend will once again be held at the Oakwood Resort and Spa in Grand Bend, Ontario! The dates are October 20-22, 2017, and we are now taking registrations.  Our weekend will run from 12:00 noon on Friday until 3:00 pm on Sunday.    
 
The Oakwood Inn has proven to be the perfect spot for our weekend retreats!  They have a fabulous venue with a large, bright space for our  crafting and on-site store set-up,  deluxe rooms that include pillow top beds, plasma TVs, fireplace and mini fridge, and a Spa, Sauna, Indoor Pool, Hot Tub and Fitness Center for those that like to indulge.  Plus, the sandy shores of beautiful Lake Huron are only a 5-minute walk away!
 
All the meals are buffet style served in a separate dining room and prepared to perfection!

For our Fall Retreat we will have two large rooms for cropping.  You may request the main level room or the lower level room, as long as space is still available.  Our on-site store will be located on the lower level, so if you prefer to be on the same level as the store, choose the lower level (this does involve a set of stairs). 

If you crop in the main level room, you will have room hostesses that will ensure you are well looked after.  Please specify which crop room you would like to be in when you register.

A Fabulous Getaway
Your weekend will include a 4 ft. table space to craft, shared power supplied at each pod of tables, welcome gifts and an on-site store provided by Two Scrapbook Friends.  You also receive 2 nights deluxe accommodations with full maid service and fabulous buffet-style meals; dinner on Friday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday!

We also have a weekend package that includes everything above.....but not the accommodations.  This is perfect for someone who lives close by or has a cottage they can stay at. 



Pamper Yourself
You will also have free use of the Indoor Pool, Sauna and Hot Tubs and Fitness Center. The resort is only a 5 minute walk to the beach - perfect for some exercise or a photo shoot with your friends!  If you like, you can also take advantage of the Lakeside Spa while you are with us.  Book an appointment for a facial, manicure, pedicure or other spa services.

  • Double - $345 + HST
  • Triple - $325 + HST
  • Quad - $305 + HST
  • Cropping Only - $199 + HST
To make it easy for all our friends to attend, we only require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit (absolutely no exceptions) to reserve your spot.  This deposit is due upon registration, with the remaining balance due by September 1, 2017.
