HR Advantage Spring Workshop 2018

Friday, May 4th (8am - 12 noon)
Hilton Garden Inn, Springfield, MO
HRCI Credit Available

HR Advantage will be hosting its annual Spring Workshop. We have a great line up of local professionals such as Jennifer Mueller ( Baird Lightner Millsap Harpool) and Marlene Chism (Author/Speaker) and several more..... that will be presenting the latest material on employment law, workplace practices and disciplinary action and termination.

The reason for that is that employees can't effectively organize or unionize if they're not permitted to discuss wages or uncover potential inequities. **Despite the law, an astonishing number of employers have policies against this anyway - so many that most people think these policies normal and have no idea that they violate the law.

- Managers account for at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement scores across business units.

- Organizations fail to choose the candidate with the right talent for management 82% of the time.
