Join Ms. Marsha for the Series Art Adventures, an interactive visual arts program that focuses on a particular artist or style of art.  Over the course of four different programs, the children will learn about an artist or style, and then have the opportunity to create a piece based on what they learned. Children do not need to have any special artistic ability, just a desire to learn and create!   We will have a fifth session which will be an art show planned by the children to showcase their work.  This program is appropriate for children in Kindergarten-4th grade.    Registration is required for this event.  Let's learn about our favorite Star.  On August 21 st  there will be a solar eclipse, the first one visible in the United States in 38 years!  Let's learn all we can about the sun before the event occurs.  We will learn a variety of facts about the sun through videos, books and activities.    Each family will receive a packet of information and up to date information about the August 21 st  eclipse.
