The planned renovation of David Rodli Hall has been given a green light by the Wisconsin State Building Commission and UW System Board of Regents. The renovation will create a student collaboration center. Read more.

Undergrads showcase research at State Capitol 

State legislators joined UW System and institutional leaders in welcoming 125 students and more than 50 faculty mentors to the State Capitol for UW System's 14th Annual Research in the Rotunda event. Six UWRF students attended. Read more.
  
Tricia M. Davis, associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), has been named interim dean of the college. Davis will start July 1, succeeding Brad Caskey who is leaving UWRF after 27 years.  Read more.          
 
  
For Kyle Punt and other UWRF music education majors, the Harmony Bridge program has become the essence of hands-on learning. Teaming school kids up at the community level, middle school band students gather to rehearse and perform for senior citizens in nursing homes and senior care communities. Read more.
