Churchnext.tv presents a new online course:  Small Groups that Work with Kate Wesch.  This class is "ideal for people or congregations that want to work on building community within the parish."

In this course, Kate Wesch, an Episcopal priest and small group minister at Epiphany Episcopal Church in Seattle, will address topics such as " Why Small Groups?" and " What Small Groups Do" as well as giving an overview of b est practices.

Wesch will provide guidance on what effective small groups look like, help congregations chart what questions to ask as they plan their groups, and help to anticipate potential problems.
