Effective July 1, three faculty members will be receiving promotion and/or tenure. An academic promotion is not a given, but rather a well-earned recognition of academic accomplishments. Tenure, is the most significant commitment the University can make to a faculty member.

Dr. Allison Dering-Anderson will be promoted from clinical assistant professor to clinical associate professor;
Dr. Kimberly Scarsi, associate professor, will be awarded tenure (Dr. Scarsi is the second woman in the history of the College of Pharmacy to be awarded tenure); and Dr. Joseph Vetro will be promoted from assistant professor to associate professor and will be awarded tenure.
