Delone Catholic HS Needs You!
Delone Catholic High School is in the process of updating its Strategic Plan. The strategic plan process provides an opportunity to evaluate the school's goals and objectives, determine whether those goals are being accomplished, and make changes as needed. It provides focus for what is to be accomplished so resources and efforts can be assigned accordingly. This plan will guide the school for the next several years. We are seeking volunteers to assist with this effort. The plan will include evaluation of Academics, Enrollment & Marketing, Development, Activities, Finance, Facilities, Spiritual Life and Personnel. Volunteers to assist with this project would be asked to participate in several meetings to help develop the future direction of Delone Catholic. If you are interested in serving on the Strategic Planning committee or in any way to serve Delone Catholic, please contact Amy Warner, Vice President of the DCHS Board of Directors at  amywarner2@yahoo.com .

For early dismissals: Early dismissals are posted immediately on the  websiteFacebook, and  Twitter as we receive the calls from each school district. WGAL also posts school district dismissals on their  website

Remember: Phone calls from parents will not be accepted for dismissal requests. The phone lines are needed to receive information from the school districts. No emails and no phone calls will be accepted. Notes must be turned in before homeroom, on the day they are to be applied. You may not submit one note for the duration of the school year. SportsLeader Virtue of the Week
One pillar of the SportsLeader program is a weekly virtue that we incorporate into our athletic practices and throughout our school community. Every week, we will share them here to encourage the students to take the virtue into their homes as well!

This week our virtue theme is ADVENTURE - The strength to undertake new and daring enterprises. Many times we are fearful of new and daring things. Yet, often the only way we can really grow is to embrace new things, no matter how scary they may be in the beginning.
