Network Advocacy Updates

Re-position your agency and align yourself with The
NET WORK to advance causes and policy.
  • Action Alert: Thank Members Who Oppose the ADA Education and Reform Act
Recently, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a version of the ill-named ADA Education and Reform Act of 2017 (H.R. 620), which would make it more difficult for people with disabilities to challenge remaining barriers to full inclusion. The Network encourages your agency to reach out to all of your House members who voted against the bill and thank them for their votes against this measure. Track how your members voted and learn more here

  • The NJHSA Board has approved, The Network's Policy Priorities, which reflect NJHSA's general policies as an international association. Feel free to use these guidelines as a template for your agency. Mindy Brodsky, NJHSA's Washington Representative is available as a resource.
