We are always looking for content creators; contact us if you're interested in helping to manage the social media sites. Committee Sign-Up

SN-ICC has several committees for 2016 that do the work of the association.  They include EduCode, Public Outreach, Communications and Membership.  To get further details and to volunteer your time, go to the SN-ICC website by clicking here. Click here for a sign-up sheet for a committee or you can do it at the next chapter meeting.

"Our volunteers are the heart of our association," said SN-ICC President Majid Pakniat.  " Please help the chapter meet its mission and goals by signing up at the next chapter meeting to join one of our committees."

Scholarship Winner Receives Membership

2017 SN-ICC Scholarship recipient David Tegtmeyer (center) receives his membership certificate from President Majid Pakniat (left) and Public Outreach chair David Goldstein. The other 2017 recipients will receive their certificates in July or August; David is attending the US Naval Academy and is required to attend classes this summer.
2017-2018 Budget Approved
SN-ICC Secretary-Treasurer Kevin McOsker presents the annual budget for 2017-2018.

At the June Chapter meeting, SN-ICC member approved a 2017-2018 association budget totaling $859,800 in expenses.  
Continuing our efforts to provide additional events for our members, this year's budget shows a planned deficit.

"We are once again creating events for the SN-ICC members both in education and in the social areas," said Secretary-Treasurer Kevin McOsker. "We have been very fortunate with Edu-Code, our main source of income, and we are sharing that success  with our membership."
Welch to Speak July 13
Greg Welch
The speaker for the July 13 Chapter meting will be Greg Welch with the Nevada State Contractors Board.
Greg is a longtime member of the SN-ICC.  His topic for the meeting will focus on the contractor's board, how it works and how it serves the construction industry. Click here to register for this meeting.
SN-ICC Goes to the Ball Park











Last Sunday, SN-ICC sponsored members to attend a Las Vegas 51s baseball game.  More than 70 registered for the event.  Attendees were treated to free tickets and free food and beverages...and all in air conditioned comfort.

2019 ABM Committee Hard at Work

SN-ICC is hosting the 2019 ICC Annual Business Meeting and a committee to plan it has already been formed and has been meeting regularly to set forth an agenda.
The committee is chaired by SN-ICC 1st VP Sam Palmer. 
Some of the events being considered include a motorcycle ride, a golf tournament, spouse/companion tours, and several receptions and social events.

Another use for Milk Crates...hummm - not sure it meets the 18" code height but at least the stand won't rust.
