The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) serves individuals 21 years of age and older. Please read the important information below sent out by DDD on June 12, 2017.

MEETING REMINDER: 
Quarterly Division Update Meeting for Families and Providers, June 20
 

As indicated previously, the next Quarterly Division Update Meeting for Families and Providers is scheduled for  Tuesday, June 20, 2017  and will be held at the Division's administrative offices in Hamilton.
  • Quarterly Meeting for Providers: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (attendance limited to one representative per agency)
  • Quarterly Meeting for Families: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Pre-registration and confirmed attendance is required. To request attendance, please send an email to  [email protected] and include attendee's name, phone number, email address, and which meeting  attendance is requested for - Providers or Families. Confirmed attendees will receive a confirmation email.

 
 
Clarification of Information Distributed Previously Regarding Transition to New FI

Please note that the announcement on June 7 that the Division would grant a 90-day extension for enrollment with the new Fiscal Intermediary (FI), Public Partnerships, applies  ONLY to the DDD-funded services   of participants who are dually enrolled with both PPP (Personal Preference Program) and the DDD Self-Directed Employee Option.

Participants who are dually enrolled with PPP and DDD must continue to move forward with their Public Partnerships enrollment for their PPP services. Questions regarding Public Partnerships enrollment for PPP services should be directed to the Public Partnerships PPP Customer Service Team:
