Embrey Moves Forward on Encore Apartments
Dirt will soon be moving at Quebec Street and Lowry Boulevard when Encore, Boulevard One's luxury apartment community, breaks ground. Developed by Embrey and designed by Kephart Architects, the 347-unit community will feature two large outdoor courtyards, swimming pools and a rooftop sky deck for gatherings. A club recreation center, leasing office and the firs units will be ready for residents in approximately 20 months. Build out of the entire community is expected within 28-30 months.
