This Startup Grind event will feature Marc Boulos and  Chris Guzman, co-founders of Rightsyde Media  and creators of the Start-up Series, a Startup Competition in Miami.  The pair have worked with Gerard Adams (Elite Daily), Al Nelson (EZ VIP - Shark Tank), and Walker Williams (Teespring.com), to name a few.

Health + Accel
GuideWell Innovation
Deadline- Mon. July 31 
Health+Accel, presented by GuideWell Innovation, is a five-day event that facilitates the innovation of Aging Well solutions and prepares entrepreneurs for success by combining powerful market insights, meaningful business coaching and strategy, and access to a network of influential executives and innovators.

After a four-day workshop, participants in Health+Accel compete in a pitch competition for a $20k cash prize in front of potential investors.

Program Highlights
3 New Companies Selected for Venture Class 5
We're pleased to announce that three more companies will join the 2017 Venture Class 5 Program.

The companies include Idle Automation, a faculty track winner, 
Oceanus Vi, a student track winner, and Voxel Rx, a f aculty/graduate student track winner

Idle Automation provides self-driving shuttles for university campuses, retirement communities, and resorts where short distance travel is cumbersome or inaccessible.

Oceanus Vi has created a  micro hydroelectric kinetic power system that can convert the mechanical energy of tides into electrical energy through the use of a permanent magnet alternator. This energy can then be stored into a system battery.

Voxel Rx is developing cutting-edge deep learning tools to help better understand neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer's disease. The start-up aims to discover biomarkers for the diagnosis and early detection of dysfunction.
