4th of July Block Party
America's favorite holiday is quickly approaching, which means our annual 4th of July Block Party is in the works! Come for a swim, grab a bite to eat, and catch Garcia and Scott live at 6pm.  The Ault Park fireworks begin at 10pm; the view from the lawn is amazing, the parking is easy, and the crowds are non-existent.

G uests are welcome with standard guest fees. It's a Great American Celebration, and we'd be proud to spend it with you.

This Week's Farmer's Market Goodies
The first Farmer's Market will be at the Club every Saturday and Tuesday from 10am-1pm. Stephanie Zink of the Little Rock Farm will be bringing have again tomatoes, squash, zucchini, lettuce, honey, breads & eggs. This Saturday she will bring fresh scones, grass raised pork and yard raise chicken. Get your eggs early - she sold out of last Saturday.

All items are locally grown and produced, so come early and fill your kitchen with farm-fresh goodness. Catch the Market every Tuesday and Saturday from 10am-1pm this summer.

Facility Updates
Whirlpool Closed
Due to equipment failure, the existing AC unit in the lap swimming pool is being replaced.  Until the new AC unit is installed, the whirlpool will be closed to help reduce humidity levels in the lap pool area. We originally had this planned for August during the annual pool shutdown, but the new estimated completion date is June 23.  The lap swimming pool will remain open.

Health & Wellness
Sports Wellness Tips
Spring and summer bring the return of more outdoor activity and team sports action. As we age, it's crucial to take a few essential steps to manage our injuries and stay at our best through the season:
  • Proper dynamic warmup
  • Therapy program tailored to injuries
  • Home treatment to reduce pain, limit swelling and preserve mobility
Remember: the most important thing to remember is, we can't rush the healing process. But we can help make it more efficient. Contact Vic Troha if you need guidance, or visit him at the injury screening next Thursday.

Free Injury Screening
Vic Troha, CSC Wellness Clinician, is hosting free injury screenings tomorrow, Thursday, 6/29 from 12pm to 2pm. He can help with physical therapy, nutrition, and rehabilitation recommendations based on a quick discussion and evaluation of your injuries.

Call 513-527-4000 to register, or click here for more information.

Check it out at a quick HMR meeting on Monday at 12pm or Tuesday at 6pm, or click here for more information.
