PQA Promotes from Within as it Continues to Build Out its Team

Lisa Hines and Christina McCloskey Taking on Expanded Roles in Measure Development and in Operations
Alexandria, VA (July 10, 2017)  - PQA announced two promotions today to continue its efforts in measure development, member communications, and operations. Laura Cranston, PQA's Executive Director announced the promotions of Lisa Hines and Christina McCloskey. 

Lisa Hines, PharmD, is being promoted to Senior Director of Performance Measurement. Dr. Hines facilitates the development and update of PQA performance measures and quality improvement indicators, leads the development of our "next generation" MTM metrics, and plays an active role in our National Quality Forum measure endorsement and maintenance processes. She was the leading member of the team in launching the Patient and Caregiver Advisory Panel and the successful development of PQA opioid and polypharmacy measures. 

Christina McCloskey is being promoted to Associate Director of Operations. Christina's responsibilities will expand to include personnel management and outside supplier contracting. She will continue to play a role in communications and marketing. 

In announcing these promotions, Laura Cranston shared, "We recognize and appreciate the commitment of both Lisa and Christina to an expanded role within PQA and to their responsiveness to members' inquiries. Their "can-do attitude" as they take on greater responsibilities serving the membership will enable PQA to continue to be at the forefront of the changing face of quality and performance measurement."
