The Division continues to urge individuals who currently participate in the DDD Self-Directed Employee Option to initiate enrollment as the employer of record with Public Partnerships TODAY, Friday June 23.
For individuals who already have begun the registration process
, we have extended the deadline until PPL has fully enrolled your self-directed employees so that there is no disruption in service.
For individuals who have not yet started the enrollment process
, starting Monday, June 26th, PPL will be outreaching every family to expedite and facilitate the application. A PPL single point of contact will be established for each family.
Remember, the only exception
to the need for immediate action is the 90-day extension granted to individuals dually enrolled in both PPP (Personal Preference Program, administered by the Division of Disability Services) and the DDD Self-Directed Employee Option.
Please note that the 90-day extension applies only to the DDD services of dually enrolled participants - it does not apply to the PPP services.
-->If you are PPP/DDD dually enrolled and
you do not want to use the 90-day extension, please contact the Fee-for-Service Help Desk
