This week, we are excited to have Story Time with The Bookshelf and a children's activity led by Pottery Frenzy! We'll start the day with Annie from The Bookshelf. She'll sing a couple of silly songs and read two of her favorite stories, Boss Baby and Bossier Baby. After 
The Bookshelf's story time, Pottery Frenzy will lead a fun children's craft activity! We've stocked up on lots of lawn and board games that are fun for all ages! So...grab your lunch and your munchkins and we'll see you there!

The presentation will include Landmarks' Annual Report and election of officers for the 2017-2018 fiscal year. Following the meeting, drinks and light hors d'oeuvres will be served in the Parish Hall and attendees will have the opportunity to tour the historic campus including the parochial school and vicarage which is now home to the Oak Street Episcopal Mission. Celebrate Independence Day with good old-fashioned fun and activities for the whole family!  Enjoy great games, food and music beginning at 6:30 p.m. in Downtown Thomasville... and, of course, a fantastic fireworks display beginning at 9:30 p.m!  
  • Live music featuring The Mike Veal Band at the Amphitheater and Park. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy listening.
  • Children's activities by You're Maker and Pottery Frenzy
  • Facepainting 
  • Cupcake decorating
  • Yard games
  • FREE ice cold watermelon slices
  • All your favorite summer foods served up by local veterans' groups and food vendors
  • The Kings Voices will sing the National Anthem immediately before the fireworks begin at 9:30pm 
For 18 years, CNS has brought the annual Fireworks and Festivities celebration to the community as a way to express thanks for the community's support and loyalty. CNS is very proud to bring this event to our community each year so that together we can celebrate our nation's birthday with our family, friends and community.
