SEJONG TABLET PRESSES:
MRC-39D & MRC-49D
The Sejong MRC- Series is designed for mid to high tabletting production volumes.

The MRC tablet presses have a competitive edge in the global market and can access real-time based production management with HMI systems. Also, it uses the most efficient cutting-edge technologies to ensure optimum tablet production.

  • MRC-39D (Up to 280,000 single layer tablets/hour & up to 82,000 double layer tablets/hour)
  • MRC-49D (Up to 4111,000 single layer tablets/hour & up to 117,000 double layer tablets/hour) 
            
Features:
  • Designed to manufacture any type of tablet regardless of punch type and can produce oblong tablets from 11mm to 25mm in size
  • Enhanced touch screen controls provide easy operator control and diagnostic capabilities 
  • Modular design to accept different tower heights

KEY TABLET DEDUSTERS:           

TD-101-WD Tablet Dedusters

Designed for the operator in mind, the cost-effective Key Tablet Deduster (TD-101-WD) is completely wash down, which reduces the downtime between cleanings. 

The unit is constructed of mirror polished, stainless steel with an adjustable base, variable speed vibrator and an adjustable inlet funnel.

  • Quick disconnect Lexan top cover
  • Stainless steel vacuum connection for dust control

 
CEIA METAL DETECTORS :
CEIACEIA Metal Detectors feature extremely high detection sensitivity towards contaminating metals, whether ferrous, non-ferrous or stainless steel, even when these are present in very small quantities. 

The THS/PH21 Series includes several state-of-the-art quality control metal detectors that offer full compliance with FDA requirements Part 210 and Part 211.
