The Support Center for Child Advocates
(Child Advocates) is proud to announce our 4th GlaxoSmithKline IMPACT Award! Adding to our awards from 1997, 2006 and 2011, this year's $40,000 prize came with a few extra perks. First, we were honored to have been chosen by the GSK employees as the overall winner with an additional $10,000 ! Then, on top of it all, GSK sent Executive Director Frank Cervone and Director of Development & Communications Moira Mulroney to London, where they took part in leadership training at the prestigious King's Fund alongside representatives from the 10 United Kingdom IMPACT Award winners. They found a little time for sightseeing, too!

Child Advocates has represented a record breaking 1,093 children, and the year isn't over yet. On Sunday, May 21, 2017 nearly 1,300 runners and walkers joined us for the 38th Annual Philadelphia Bar Association 5K Run/Walk at Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park and raced to help abused children find more stable lives.
