Registration Desk Hours (and CAMPEP details!) Gisele Imaging
The registration desk will be open in Provinces II Foyer at the following times:
  • Wednesday:
    • 11:15am - 12:30pm
    • 4:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Thursday: 7:30am to 6:30pm 
  • Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm

CAMPEP CE attendance forms are available at the Registration Desk. Once completed, please return to the Registration Desk at the end of the conference or email to Gisele.

Celebrate your fellow members! COMP has 7 award categories highlighting member achievements. Do n't miss the excitement...awards will be taking place each morning at 10am! Check the interactive agenda or mobile app for more details.

Activities 
The Local Arrangements Committee has been hard at work...
  • Icebreaker reception - taking place at 6pm on Wednesday in the Governor General I room, this is an excellent opportunity to catch up with your colleagues before the learning gets underway!
  • Fun Run - What better way to start a Friday than with a run? Join us at 6:15am for a 5km route that showcases the best of Ottawa.
  • Banquet Dinner - Pack some good walking shoes, we will be dining at the Museum of History, a short 25 mins walk over a beautiful bridge!
  • Hike - An optional hike is scheduled on Saturday at 1:30pm, a great way to unwind and check out the beauty of Gatineau Park. Contact hike.comp@gmail.com to confirm your attendance.

Students YP Workshop and Student Activities
YP Workshop - If you are a resident, graduate student or early-career medical physicist, join us for the Young Professional Workshop on July 12th from 12-5. Featuring keynote speakers and a panel of individuals from a diversity of backgrounds discussing topics such as interview skills and exploring career paths, this session is designed to help get your career goals underway.

Student Council Presentation - The Student Council would like to invite all COMP student members to join us Wednesday July 12th at 11:30 am (right before the start of the Young Professionals Workshop) to hear a brief report from the Student Council on what we've been up to over the past year.
 
Student Night Out - This year the Student Night Out will be held at the  Loft Board Game Lounge  right after the Poster Reception on Thursday. The Loft is around the corner from the Westin (map in ASM app). Cost of entry and some food will be provided, please see one of the members of the student council if you need a ticket!
